Diamondback Roofing & Construction was founded in 2018 by Mike, after 15 years spent roofing for other companies. He learned the trade from the ground up — literally — and decided it was time to build something of his own: a roofing company built on honest work, fair pricing, and real relationships with the people he serves.

It didn’t take long for Diamondback to become a true family business. Mike’s brother Lalo joined the team, bringing 10 years of experience in roofing and general contracting. Today, Lalo leads our sales team, known for walking every customer through their options with patience and honesty — no pressure, no upsells, just straight answers.
